Thank you for applying to KCI’s Home Visiting Program. After review of your application, our Home Visitor Coordinator or one of our Home Visitors will reach out to you within 10 business days to talk to you about scheduling an eligibility interview. To make the process as easy as possible and meet the needs of our families documents can be collected before, during or after your eligibility interview. If there are barriers to getting the required documents, we can assist you!
