We Engage Children’s Natural Love of Learning.
Our Head Start program helps children ages 3-5 develop a lifelong love of learning while giving them a head start in reading, math and social skills. Children in this program also learn essential life skills like cooperating, persevering, sharing and problem solving.
Families benefit from parenting and school readiness support and the opportunity to be connected to community resources, along with volunteer, training and leadership opportunities for personal growth.
Applications are accepted year round and referrals from community programs and providers are welcome.

Head Start Half-Day and Full-Day Preschool
Our Head Start Half-Day and Full-Day Preschool programs are offered five days a week for 4-6.5 hours per day. We provide transportation in a limited area for the 5-hour program. Part-year services are also provided. Free for eligible families.
Year-Round Head Start Full-Day Preschool and Childcare
Our year-round Head Start Full-Day Preschool and Childcare programs are offered five days a week from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Parents must be employed or in training with no caregiver in the home. Parent transport is required and childcare assistance is required (co-pay fees apply). Free for eligible families.

Head Start has made such a great impact on my family. My daughter loves to go to school and comes home telling me what she did. I am looking forward to having my 2 younger sons attend Head Start. I am super glad and appreciate Head Start and everything they do for my family.
