  • Before you start your Kids’ Corps Inc. Employment Application please read this page to completion. A paper application may be provided upon request.

    To make sure you meet the qualifications of the position you would like to apply for, please read the entire job description before submitting an application. You may contact our HR department with any questions you have regarding a position.

    All Applicants are subject to the following to be considered for an interview:

    • Be willing to undergo a state and federal fingerprint based background check.
    • Provide two or more required references.
    • Provide a copy of proof of education on applicable positions.
    • Provide a copy of Driver’s License & proof of insurance on applicable positions.
    • Understand and speak English at a basic level.

    References

    Kids’ Corps, Inc. requires a minimum of two reference forms to be submitted before consideration of selection for an interview and three upon hire. We will accept more than three references but cannot accept fewer than three. The applicant will need to list an email for each person of reference so that they can receive a link to our reference submission page. References must fill out the official online KCI reference form to completion. Persons of reference may also submit a letter of recommendation in addition to the required reference form.

    If one of your persons of reference is unable to complete an online submission they may download and print the PDF version provided under the Online Application button. Once filled out they can fax, scan, email, or hand-deliver completed references to:

    Education

    Applicants must submit all required proof of education related to the position they are applying for before consideration of selection for an interview. Required education may include High School Diploma, GED, or Unofficial College Transcripts. Please read the job description for the required education level needed.

    Application Follow Up

    Once you have submitted your application please be patient so our HR department can review and follow up on your application. If we are still missing references or education documents, one of our HR team members will follow up with you. If we do not receive all required documents and references, you may receive a courtesy phone call or email of what still needs to be submitted in order to be considered for an interview.

    Interview Process

    If you are selected for an interview, someone from the interview team will contact you to see if you are still interested and set up a meeting.
